Giveaway Rules and Guidelines

1. Eligibility:

  • The giveaway is open to participants 21+ and who live in a state where hemp is legal at the time of entry.

  • Employees, affiliates, or immediate family members of MedMeridian are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:

  • The giveaway will run from March 4, 2024 to March 18, 2024 at 11:59pm CST.

3. How to Enter:

  • To enter, participants must "Like" the post, "Follow" our page, and “Tag 3 Friends” to the post.

  • Each participant is allowed unlimited entries, one per action completed.

  • Entries received outside of the specified entry period will not be considered.

4. Prize:

  • The prize includes (1) Piranha Extracts 400mg Delta-9 Gummies, (1) Kushies Delta-9 Chocolate Bar, (1) Fizzy Delta-9 Seltzer, (2) CAPS 1500mg Amanita Muscaria Gummies, (2) 15mg Delta-9 | 15mg CBD Caramels, and (2) 15mg Delta-9 | 15mg CBD Peanut Butter Chocolate Bites.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

  • MedMeridian reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of similar value in the event the specified prize becomes unavailable.

5. Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries.

  • The winner will be announced on March 19, 2024 on MedMeridian’s Facebook and Instagram pages.

  • The winner will be contacted via Direct Message and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.

  • If the selected winner does not respond within the specified time frame, a new winner will be chosen.

6. Privacy:

  • Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used only for the purpose of the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

7. General Conditions:

  • By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of MedMeridian.

  • MedMeridian reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating the rules or tampering with the entry process.

  • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

8. Release of Liability:

  • By participating, entrants release MedMeridian and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or actions arising out of the giveaway.
