How To Use/Redeem:

Quick overview:

  1. Create a store account (or make sure you always use the same email when checking out)

  2. Earn points automatically on eligible orders

  3. Redeem points for a reward to get a discount code

  4. Paste that code at checkout

How to join (first time setup):

  1. Find the Rewards button on our website

    • Look for a small “Rewards” / “Check Rewards” button (usually in the lower corner of the screen).

  2. Click the Rewards button, then choose Log in / Create account

  3. Enter your email address

  4. Check your email for a sign-in link (or verification email) from Ecwid

  5. Click the link to sign in — you’re now enrolled and ready to earn

How to earn points:

  1. Shop as normal

  2. At checkout, make sure you are using the same email you used for your account

  3. Complete your purchase

  4. Your points will appear in the Rewards popup (you can check anytime by clicking the Rewards button)

How to check your points:

  1. Click the Rewards button

  2. Your points balance and available rewards will be shown in your Rewards profile

How to redeem points for a discount:

  1. Click the Rewards button

  2. Find the reward you want and click Redeem / Claim

  3. Copy your discount code

  4. Go to checkout

  5. Click “Redeem your coupon” (or “Promo code”), paste your code, then click Apply

  6. Finish checkout as normal

Important notes (common “gotchas”):

  • Use the same email every time. Points are tied to your email address.

  • One discount code per order. Ecwid only allows one coupon code to be applied at checkout.

  • If you don’t see the Rewards button: try refreshing the page, turning off ad blockers for our site, or using another browser/device.

Help — I didn’t get points — Most of the time it’s one of these:

  • You checked out with a different email than your account

  • You checked out without signing in

  • You’re viewing the site on a browser blocking the Rewards widget
